A fast-paced thriller starring Steven Seagal, PISTOL WHIPPED revolves around a former cop with a history of a bad bets and debts hanging over his head. Near desperation, Matt (Seagal) caves when an ominous character offers to pay off his debts on the condition that Matt perform an assassination of the city's deadliest crime lord.
